In a new vision of the cinema Loci Anima has transformed the Pathé Wepler Avenue on the Place Clichy in its insertion, its relation to the city and its identity, as well as the management of internal flows of the general public.
|Program||Renovation and reconstruction of a cinema complex|
|Site||Place de Clichy, Paris|
|Floor Area||6 848 m2|
|Cost of construction||12 830 000 €|
|Project Owner||Les Cinémas Gaumont Pathé|
The new Pathé Cinéma gets a fresh look! It is expanding, with capacity increasing from 730 to 1,200 seats. The building occupies the maximum size permitted for alignment on the avenue de Clichy and a large part of the extension occupies an authorized volume on the interior court. The terraced roofs visible from the adjoining buildings will be vegetated. The floors have been partially demolished depending on the plots and the envelope is completely restructured. This project marks the second episode of the adventures of loci anima with the 7th Art, after it delivered the cinema Les Fauvettes at the end of 2015 on the avenue des Gobelins in Paris.
