Designed by loci anima for Sefri-Cime, the future eco-district of Pont d’Issy offers a mix of housing and social housing, shops, offices, facilities, services and green spaces on a magnificent site on the banks of the Seine. It received the golden pyramid of urban mix in 2016.

Very well served by transport, the Pont d’Issy neighborhood is located between the RER, tramway, the Paris ring road and the RD7. Along the river and facing the Ile Saint-Germain, it draws a link between the island, the river, the city and the sky. Loci anima ie erecting four towers — including three towers of housing and an office tower that rises to 32 floors — as well as a campus of offices of 30000m2 distinguished by trays of nearly 4000m2. This 96500m2 complex reconciles densification with quality of life. The project frees many public spaces on the ground floor while 1200 m2 of shops are set up at the foot of buildings. The benefits of the height more than the form of the tower constitutes the real subject of this project: the unobstructed view, its relation to the landscape, the telluric link to the ground, the various qualities of the housing. At a time when the height of most Parisian housing buildings does not exceed 28 meters, the towers of the Pont d’Issy district reached 53 meters. Offices and dwellings also allow the vegetation to colonize their slopes to blend with the park on Île Saint-Germain. This project won the Prix de la mixité urbaine 2016 awarded to the Pyramides d’Or by the Fédération of Real Estate Promoters.
