La marquise Bon Conseil

The Marquise Bon Conseil project, designed by the firm Loci Anima, is an architectural initiative located in the heart of Nantes. This project aims to revitalize and modernize the city center by introducing an iconic structure: a canopy serving as a visual landmark and creating a destination sheltered from view, while encouraging foot traffic.

An integrated and symbolic architecture
The design of the canopy harmoniously integrates with the existing architecture, establishing a connection with a landmark building designed by architect Roux Spitz. This approach highlights Loci Anima’s commitment to respecting and enhancing heritage while bringing a touch of modernity.
