The housing project in Anglet, designed by the firm Loci Anima, proposes an innovative approach to urban living, combining energy performance, quality of life, and landscape integration.
An architecture of ascending layers
Named “Urban Stratification, Positive Energy High-rise Housing,” this proposal is distinguished by its organization into small towers ranging from 30 to 50 meters in height, aiming to free up ground space while offering unobstructed views. Each level is designed like a penthouse, fostering a fluid relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The buildings feature green terraces, continuous balconies, and perforated glass façades, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
A sustainable energy model
The project integrates ecological solutions such as natural water treatment, shared green spaces, and renewable energy production, notably wind power. This approach aims to minimize the carbon footprint while providing a pleasant and environmentally respectful living environment.
