Designed to live without being seen and to see the sea with discretion, this building develops a fan-shaped plan turned towards the south and then opens up to the views of sea wherever it becomes possible. This twist matches the stepped layout on the south side. Local essences such as heather or broom freshen the central garden. The façades of this housing complex are filtered by a system of aluminum slats that the inhabitants can orient themselves, contributing to the expression of the building.
