The city of Metz is developing a new neighborhood near the station and against the Georges Pompidou center. In this ZAC, which combines several architectural expressions, the agency has chosen the theme of patchwork for the construction of office buildings at a lower cost. Four facades, four orientations, four different expressions: the facades are printed blinds in kakemonos; The south facades open to the outside with wooden shutters to protect themselves from the sun; The west facades are treated in wood and the minimalist north façades are vegetated.
