This new pole dedicated to refreshments and well-being aims to boost the attractiveness of the city center of Caen. It is based on contemporary precepts such as resilience and civic politeness by offering a garden for the benefit of all. It also dramatizes its market offer inside without imposing it on its external environment. Finally, it strengthens the identity of the city by its iconic wave form which comes lightly to dishevel the city of a hundred steeples and blows a breeze of renewal through it.
