Responsible and efficient: this is the program assigned to the headquarters of CFDT, built in the mid-2000s. The building takes advantage of the south-facing orientation of the site as well as its exceptional view on the rotunda Ledoux of the bassin de la Villette. Its immense glass facades with silver textile curtains are a sign of its very contemporary image. A double exterior skin and interior blinds regulate the thermal contributions and the glare while allowing the full benefits of the light and the view. In the courtyard is an urban landscape that also allows it to gain an extra level of offices. The ramp to the parking lot is vegetalized while the meeting rooms have a view of the greenery.
