«The Star»
A new tower morphology, redefining vertical living.
Here, one can breathe — light meets space. Workspaces evolve to foster sharing and communication. With externalized cores, large luminous floor plates, open views, and naturally lit circulation areas, the tower adopts a unique form and aesthetic — a reinvented concept serving both its users and the surrounding community.

Because for us, the era of narcissistic, totemic tower-objects is over.
The design of tomorrow’s towers must serve the well-being of their users, but also that of local residents and the city itself. The Étoile Tower project, developed by Loci Anima, invents a new way of living and working in high-rise buildings.
It starts from the belief that we can live and work at height without resigning ourselves to the usual drawbacks: small floor plates wrapped around a central core, dark and narrow circulation spaces, blind staircases and elevators, lack of fresh air and connection to the outside, the anxiety often associated with height — including feelings of confinement, claustrophobia, and vertigo.
Loci Anima imagines a unique morphology that reconciles light and space with the constraints of core placement and high-rise building regulations: this is the Étoile project.
