“Two From One”
The Keiko tower inaugurates this new generation of mini high-rise towers in France. It is a tower that unfolds into two identities, similar but dissimilar. Bathed in light, with visible circulations, open to the outside, airy, vegetated, courteous to the neighbourhood, it offers a transformed vision of verticality in a renewed and continuous dialogue with people and the environment. On a site with exceptional views and a small plot, a building atypical by its volume and size.

“It’s not about being a sculptural work, but about the symbiosis with the environment, with the aim of providing all users with a comfortable interior. To achieve this, we had to make the most of the plot of land, which was an unprecedented task, but also one of collective intelligence. It took over 100 models to achieve this.” Françoise Raynaud
