« Two From One »
The Keiko tower inau­gu­rates this new gene­ra­tion of base high-rise buil­dings. It is a tower that unfolds into two iden­ti­ties, simi­lar but dis­si­mi­lar. Bathed in light, with visible cir­cu­la­tions, open to the out­side, airy, vege­ta­ted, cour­teous to the neigh­bou­rhood, it offers a trans­for­med vision of ver­ti­ca­lity in a rene­wed and conti­nuous dia­logue with people and the envi­ron­ment. On a site with excep­tio­nal views and a small plot, a buil­ding aty­pi­cal by its volume and size.
