This office tower is the prow of the new Pont d’Issy district in Isssy-Les-Moulinaux maintains as exceptional relationship with the landscape. The concept of nature in the city comes not only at ground level but also at all floors above. It also feeds on a belief that under 28m, hosting offices dois not bring any activity to the city. Better to implement an active base of shops and equipment.

La Rue Verticale is a flagship project in the Pont d’Issy-les-Moulineaux district, designed by the firm Loci Anima, led by Françoise Raynaud. This mixed-use tower combining offices, housing, shops, and public spaces is part of a sustainable urban densification approach aiming to integrate nature into the city at all levels.
An organic and landscaped architecture
La Rue Verticale is distinguished by its design in successive layers, where each level is treated like a hanging garden. The planted terraces, continuous balconies, and perforated glass façades create a fluid relationship between interior and exterior spaces. This approach offers occupants unobstructed views of the Seine and the urban landscape while promoting biodiversity.
