The Vertical Street, Issy-Les-Moulineaux

This office tower is the prow of the new Pont d’Issy dis­trict in Isssy-Les-Moulinaux main­tains as excep­tio­nal rela­tion­ship with the land­scape. The concept of nature in the city comes not only at ground level but also at all floors above. It also feeds on a belief that under 28m, hos­ting offices dois not bring any acti­vity to the city. Better to imple­ment an active base of shops and equip­ment.
