With Truckland Guidelines, Loci Anima puts forward an ambitious reflection on the future of urban peripheries dedicated to logistics. Far from functional standardization, this project explores a new aesthetic of infrastructure, where architecture, ecology, and mobility shape a productive and livable landscape.

Conceived as a manual for transformation, the Truckland Guidelines envision logistics hubs as evolving ecosystems: greened truck parking areas, technical stops integrated into mixed-use programs (offices, accommodations, services), solar rooftops, and shared rest spaces. The goal: to reconcile industrial efficiency with urban quality.

Loci Anima’s guidelines rely on a systemic approach—integrating energy, flow management, user comfort, and spatial reversibility. Each piece of infrastructure becomes a fragment of an ecosystem: modular, sustainable, and with a strong identity.

With Truckland Guidelines, Loci Anima maps out a bold new vision for these contemporary no man’s lands—transforming them into spaces of transition, service, and innovation at the heart of the extended metropolis.
