In Wattignies, Loci Anima envisions a human-scale residential neighborhood, closely connected with the landscape, the city, and its residents. This hybrid urban project combines housing, public facilities, and green spaces within a logic of gentle and sustainable transition.
The architecture adopts a sober and elegant design, composed of varied volumes with sloped roofs that echo the spirit of suburban homes while maintaining controlled density. Bio-based materials, responsible water management, and the integration of greenery at the heart of each block support an environmentally respectful way of living.
This new piece of the city is organized around pedestrian lanes, shared gardens, and local plazas, encouraging soft mobility and social connections. The quality of use, thermal comfort, natural light, and a sense of community guide every architectural decision.
In Wattignies, Loci Anima offers a grounded and thoughtful vision of tomorrow’s housing: inclusive, sustainable, and vibrant.
